Salt of Maine( SME ) is proficient in CAD software and Sketchup. We can provide proper Floor plans, Furniture Plans, Elevations, RCP’s and Lighting Specifications among other Construction Spec drawings to aid the process. We offer renderings, and realistic photo collages to visually capture the ideas presented.

We can take existing drawings and propose moving walls and adjusting layouts to best fit the clients needs matching their overarching goals for the space. Or conversely draft up preliminary floor plans to submit to the architect for their adjustment and review. We like to focus on the interior details in whichever order they come to us.

We’ve collaborated with some brilliant licensed architects, builders and contractors to collectively elevate spaces all around Maine. If you have a project going with industry professionals you like, we can work alongside them. For those who are early on in the process and need recommendations- we have those too! The sooner we are brought into the mix the better the results.
